Monday 8/29 -- 5k-5 mile recovery run, and yoga (strength if you didn't race this weekend)
Tuesday 8/30 -- Tuesday night bike, meet at Plano High School parking lot at 5:30 p.m. followed by a track workout, mile repeats.
Wednesday 8/31 -- 9 a.m. location TBA for a 20 mile run (yeah I said 20) last long run before Fox Valley Marathon.
Thursday 9/1 -- 5k - 5 mile recovery run, and yoga
Friday 9/2 -- Friday night run meet at Bliss Woods Forest Preserve in Sugar Grove along Bliss Rd. No Al and Kristen here, you're on your own!
Saturday 9/3 -- Meet at the Wades at 9 a.m. for a 25-30 mile bike ride
Sunday 9/4 -- Rest Day, hooray!
