*Tuesday 8/2: 5k-5 mi progression run, strength and yoga AND don't forget the 5:30 p.m group bike ride, meet at Plano High School (about 17 mi)
*Wednesday 8/3: Trail run, meet at Silver Springs boat launch at 9 a.m.
*Thursday 8/4: 2000 yd swim, 25 mi bike, meet at the Wades at 10 a.m. for the bike portion
*Friday 8/5: 5k-5 mi progression run strength if you're not competing in the Oswego tri on Sunday, and yoga
*Saturday 8/6: If you're not doing the Eagles Run 5k or 10k run an easy 5k and yoga
*Sunday 8/7: Oswego sprint tri or brick on your own (750-1000 yard swim, 12-15 mi bike, 5k run)
