WOW 8/15-8/21
Monday 8/15: 45-60 min. recovery bike. Meet at the Wades @ 9ish for a single speed / mountain bike ride. Possibly a 2-3 mi. run to follow.
Tuesday 8/16: 2000 yd swim, meet at the Wades @ 10 a.m. and we will carpool to Hoover Park for a trail run maybe 45-60 min. PLUS don't forget the Tuesday night bike ride @ 5:30 p.m. meet @ PHS parking lot.
Wednesday 8/17: 2000 yd swim followed by track workout meet @ the Wades @ 10 a.m.
Thursday 8/18: 2000 yd swim, bike intervals meet @ the Wades @ 10 a.m.
Friday 8/19: On your own for active recovery no scheduled workout, Wades are travelling so neither of us will be at the group run. Feel free to participate on your own.....there should be some people still attending remember it's 5:30 p.m. Bliss Woods in Sugar Grove.
Saturday 8/20: Rest Day
Sunday 8/21: RACE DAY! or Brick: 1000 yd swim, 25 mi. bike, 10k.
