Workout 6/6-6/7

Hey Fits,


Today's workout: 5K progressive run (first mile is slowest, last mile fastest), strength (your choice), yoga for runners (or just stretch something!)
Tomorrow's workout: meet at the Wades @ 9 a.m. 515 East Lee St., Plano. Bring your bike and a pair of running shoes and lots of water, should be a hot one!

Lunch 4 miler, 5k in 18:45 started at 9 mph, ended at 11+ plus .9 mile cool down, round two later.
