Here's your WOW for the week.
Monday 2/27: @ 9 a.m. at Mike P's house Hoover Forest Preserve, plan on a 80 min bike and a 40 min run to follow outside
Tuesday 2/28: @ 5 a.m. meet K for a morning swim or @ 9 a.m. w/ Al at the Vaughan for a swim and an indoor track run, run will be around 10:30 a.m.
Wednesday 2/29: @ 5 a.m. meet Al for a morning swim or @ 8 a.m. w/ K at the Vaughan for a swim and an indoor track run, run will be around 9:30 a.m.
Thursday 3/1: On your own (we'll be doing bike intervals on the trainer and a 40 min run)
Friday 3/2: @ 5 a.m. meet K for a morning swim or @ 9 a.m. w/ Al swim at the Vaughan and an outdoor run at Big Rock 90 min. Run will be around 11 a.m.
Saturday 3/3: On your own (we'll be riding our trainers for 3+ hrs)
Sunday 3/4: REST DAY
