Monday 2/13: @ 5 am join me for a swim OR join Al for a swim and run at the Vaughan @ 9 a.m.

Tuesday 2/14: @ 9 am  Happy Valentine's Day indoor ride Hoover FP, Mike P's house about 2.5 hrs

Wednesday 2/15: @ 8:30 am LONG SWIM and a track run at the Vaughan

Thursday 2/16: indoor bike on your own throw in a lift and yoga when you're done!

Friday 2/17: @ 8 am swim at the Vaughan and a run out at Big Rock @ 10:30

Saturday: 2/18 @ 9:45 meet at the Wades for the Winter Survivor Series carpool for the 15k at Rock Cut. $20 for the race!

******************** IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING OUR RETURN FROM THE GREAT NORTH,unless we have time to shower?????? WE WILL BE HEADING OUT TO RAIMONDO'S IN NORTH AURORA FOR THE FIRST ANNUAL MISFIT FAMILY PIZZA NIGHT, FESTIVITIES KICK OFF @6 P.M. PLEASE TRY AND MAKE IT WE'RE VOTING ON CLUB OFFICERS, COLLECTING DUES $30 AND MUCH MUCH MORE!***********************************************
