BL #16

Hey Losers,

This is your SECOND TO LAST challenge counting the bonus ++ round. We’ve all needed a little encouragement from time to time. Consider this challenge your chance to pay it forward.

Challenge 16: Find a friend or family member, spouse, girlfriend, boyfriend what have you and be their weight loss coach. Encourage them to make smart decisions when it comes to food choices and be their workout buddy. I’m hoping this will carry you through the challenge and into a lifestyle of healthy eating and workout habits. There's always someone depending on you, be a good role model!

Good luck and don’t forget to weigh in on Monday morning. Final weigh in will be Gold shift March 29th/ Black shift early a.m. (0700-0800) March 30th. YOU MUST WEIGH IN INFRONT OF ME THESE DAYS!
