WOW 4/8-4/14
Hi Fits!
Monday 4/8: @ 8:30 - 9 a.m. meet at the VAC for a swim and @ 11 a.m. at Johnson's Mound for hill repeats.
Wednesday 4/10: @8 am. Route 47 and Great Western Trail for a 12 mi run pyramid.
Thursday 4/11: @ 8:30-9 a.m. VAC for a swim and 11 a.m. for an indoor bike at the Wades.
BONUS ROUND: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble for a 4 mi run and coffee to follow!
Saturday 4/13: @ 8:30 a.m. for an OUTDOOR BIKE AND RUN BRICK! Bundle up PEEPS! Meet at the Wades
Sunday 4/14: @ 9:30 a.m. VAC for a swim and a 4 mile recovery run on the track.
