WOW 4/22-4/28

Here's your WOW

Monday 4/22: @8:30 a.m. VAC for a long swim and a long run to follow on the Gilman Trail, we're leaving from the VAC immediately following the swim. If you're not swimming meet at the north end of the p.lot. Look for the Misfit Prius.
Tuesday 4/23: @ 9 a.m. for an OUTDOOR TRAINER ride and run intervals on the Yorkville High school track. Park at the Yorkville Library on Game Farm Road. Bring your bike trainer and running shoes. This is an opportunity to work on our speedy transitions!
Thursday 4/25: @ 9 a.m. VAC for a swim. This will be a LONG swim interval for a few of us. Wetsuit opportunity. Bring 'em if you got 'em!

Thursday 4/25: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 mile group run! Meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville, coffee and conversation to follow.
*********NOW BACK TO YOUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED PROGRAMMING*********
Friday 4/25: @ 9 a.m. meet at Big Rock Forest Preserve park in the north p. lot for tri bike / run intervals. This will be a race simulation session for a few of us so wear your race kit, race wheels, aero helmets if you have 'em, race shoes. We'll be working on transitions again.
Sunday 4/28: @ 8:30 a.m. at the Wades for a 40 mile road bike through the Plano countryside. This is the FINAL longish ride for those racing St. George 70.3 5/4, come join us!!!!!! Easy paced group ride.
