Challenge #2


Hey Losers,
Here is your second challenge for the B.L. competition. Place the list of appetizers in order from LEAST healthy to MOST healthy. You have a week to complete the task. I will post the results on Monday, 12/21.
Smoked oysters and crackers
potato skins
mixed nuts
veggie platter
spinach and artichoke dip with sourdough bread
shrimp cocktail
tortilla chips and salsa
BBQ weenies
bacon wrapped water cress (it's a vegetable)
smoked salmon
Buffalo wings and blue cheese dressing
stuffed mushrooms (stuffed with sausage and bread crumbs)
Remember to weigh in Monday morning a.m. and record your weight on the chart.
