answers to BL challenge #2

Hey Losers,

Here are the answers to last week's challenge. I've compared them to everyone who submitted the challenge and so far no one's been nuts on.....

From LEAST healthy to MOST healthy based on ONE serving per item:

  1. Spinach artechoke dip; serving size 2 tbsp, calories 650, fat 31 (15 sat.)
  2. Buffalo wings with blue cheese; serving size 5 pieces + 2 tbsp dressing, calories 422, fat 24 (sat. 12), cholesterol 190 mg.
  3. stuffed mushrooms; serving size 3-4, calories 410, fat 28 (8 sat.)
  4. potato skins; serving size 1, calories 250, fat 28 (sat. 8), cholesterol 40 mg.
  5. tortilla chips and salsa; serving size 10 chips, 1 oz of salsa, calories 250, fat in chips 15 fat in salsa 0, cholesterol in chips 15
  6. smoked oysters and crackers; serving size 2 oz, calories 180, fat from oysters 7, crackers 1.5, cholesterol in oysters 35
  7. mixed nuts; serving size 20 pieces, calories 170, fat 15, cholesterol 0
  8. bbq weenies; serving size 5 links, calories 160, fat 14 (sat. 5), cholesterol 40 mg
  9. shrimp cocktail with sauces; serving size 3 oz, calories 114, fat 1, cholesterol 166 mg
  10. bacon wrapped watercress; serving size 1, calories 47, fat 3 (sat. 1), cholesterol 9 mg
  11. smoked salmon; serving size 1 oz, calories 33, fat 1, cholesterol 6
  12. veggie platter no dip; serving size 1/2 cup, calories 30, fat 0, cholesterol 0 grams.
Hope this was eye opening to you all! Remember serving sizes are key. Keep this list in mind at your next holiday party.

Challenge #3

So for challenge #3 does it have to be the HANDcock. I would much rather do it at the HANcock. Or is the HANDcock a whole different race where you have to hold your junk the entire time you are running up the stairs. And if you let go, for some reason, then you have to start over at the bottom? : )
