Holy Cow, it's the WOW!

It's been a long time coming. I'm finally up and runnin' so that means the WOWs are back in service!

Monday 4/6: @ 9 a.m. at the VAC for a swim
Tuesday 4/7: @ 9 a.m. for a bike and short run at the Wades, bring your trainer. If it's nice we might hit the trails instead...text for possible changes
Wednesday 4/8: on your own
Thursday 4/9: @ 9 a.m. for a bike and short run at the Wades, bring your trainer if the weather's bad.
Friday 4/10: @ 9 a.m. at the VAC for a swim
Saturday 4/11: on your own
Sunday 4/12: @ 9 a.m. for a bike and short run at the Wads, bring your trainer if the weather's bad. If it's nice we'll hit the road or the trails.....text for possible changes
