Tuesday 11/4: @6 p.m. I'm gonna try and get an hour run in if it's not too too dark. Meet at the Wades
Wednesday 11/5 through Saturday 11/8: On your own -- however, Al and I might try and get a MTB in stay tuned for where and when.
Sunday 11/9: @ 8:30 a.m. strength at Mike P.'s Hoover Hideaway Yorkville, IL. Bring a yoga mat, water and warm weather clothing for a short run outside.

PS: The deadline to sign up for the special screening of the documentary Transcendance at the Studio Movie Grill in Wheaton (11/25) @ 7:30 p.m. is quickly approaching (11/16). You can purchase tickets online at www.tug.com/events/11839 for $10 each. The catch is there needs to be at least 63 peeps signed up for the show to go on. So far we still need 50+.
