Tuesday 12/2: @ 8:30 a.m. Mike Ps for an indoor ride, bring your trainer, bike, water and towel.
Wednesday 12/3: on your own
Thursday 12/4: @ 8 a.m. at the VAC for a little running and strength
Friday 12/5: @ 8:30 a.m. run out at Big Rock stay tuned for weather changes, might be a bike.
Saturday 12/6: on your own
Sunday 12/7: @ 8:30 a.m. for strength at Mike Ps Hoover hideaway.
