Monday 8/18: @ 9 a.m. long bike with Al (you can bail out any time you'd like) leaving from the Wades.
Tuesday 8/19: @ 9 a.m. OW swim in Sugar Grove OPTION #1 possible bike to follow leaving from the Wades. @ 6 p.m. OW swim in Sugar Grove OPTION #2 with K (if bad weather, I'll be at the VAC.
Wednesday 8/20: On your own
Thursday 8/21: @ 8 a.m. OW swim in Sugar Grove. Then: @ 6:30 p.m. Taphouse social run with Al and Kristen!!
Friday 8/22: On your own
Saturday 8/23: @ 6 a.m. long ride with the Wades heading to Aurora to spectate the Aurora Duathlon which kicks off at 7:30 a.m. then we'll hit the road again to finish off our long ride! OW swim option @ 1 p.m. in Sugar Grove with K post long ride. (Times may change depending upon the success of the long ride. Check the FB feed.
Sunday 8/24: @ 9 a.m. long run with K and Al meet at the Great Western Trail, park off of Route 64.
