Thursday 11/14: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobbler Hobbler 4-5 miler and fish tacos and sweet sweet beer after! Sadly Al and I will be on shift, you must go on without us!
Saturday 11/16: @ 9:30 a.m. Silver Springs, meet at the boat launch for a 90 min trail run, or how ever long you wish to go! We have loops!
Sunday 11/17: @ 8 a.m. GROUP STRENGTH training @ Mike P's house, Hoover Forest Preserve. Stan "Stella, Stain" Towers will lead. Plan on 60 min with kettle bell work, basic lifts and stretching. Please RSVP to Mike Pierson on Facebook so he knows how many to expect. DM Mike Pierson for directions if  you've never been out there before. THIS WILL BE A REGULAR WEEKLY OCCURRENCE STARTING MEOW!
