Tuesday 6/18: @9 a.m. Big Rock FP north parking lot (closest to the Quarry) Tri/road bike OR mountain bike. We'll simulate bike to run transitions with a few intervals. So bring both running and biking equipment, really anything you would have with you in transition.
Wednesday 6/19: @ 10 a.m. VAC swim
Thursday 6/20: 6:30 p.m. Cobblestones for a 4 mile run, coffee and convo to follow (Al and I will not be attending, on shift this day).
Friday 6/21: @ 10 a.m. VAC for a swim
Saturday 6/22: Sugarbottom XTERRA (Cedar Rapids, IA) pre ride, any and all are welcome to join. We're heading out from Plano around 9 a.m. and plan on camping! Always a good time! www.xterrasugarbottom.com for more info or to register!
Sunday 6/23: RACE DAY XTERRA Sugarbottom. Otherwise on your own.
Monday 6/24: @ 9 a.m. meet at the PHS track for some speed work
Tuesday 6/25: @8:30 a.m. leaving from the Wades, bike short and fast and swim to follow probably around 10 ish at the VAC
Thursday 6/27: @ 9 a.m. Big Rock FP meet at the north parking lot nearest the quarry for a trail ride / run interval session. Working on transitions.
***BONUS session @ 6:30 p.m. Cobblestones 4 mile run, coffee and convo to follow!
Friday 6/28: @ 8:30 a.m. meet at Silver Springs boat launch for hill repeats near the power lines! @ 10 a.m. swim at the VAC to follow.
Sunday 6/30: @ 9 a.m. meet at PHS parking lot for a 40 mile group road ride. We'll run 1 mile on the track after.
