Doubling up on the WOW since we'll be traveling next weekend and hopefully will be too tuckered out from racing to write up a week's worth of WOWs. So.....HERE. WE. GO.
(Sunday 6/2): Some of you are looking to get a longish road ride in, might I suggested you ride as a group..... i.e.; Megan Weis, Pauly Zegar.....anyone else? emails are above ^^^^^^^
Monday 6/3: @ 9 a.m. Saw Wee Kee bike and 1 mile run
Tuesday 6/4: @ 6:30 a.m. at the VAC (I know it's early, the Bullets are practicing from 8-10 a.m. in the pool so very few lanes avail unless we go early). Run to follow swim.
Thursday 6/6: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 miler. Meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville for a run, coffee and convo to follow. FYI, Al and I won't be attending, we're leaving for Richmond, VA for XTERRA East Championships, won't be back in town until 6/11.
Remainder of the week you're on your own. Feel free to set up your own group rides / runs / swims!
Monday 6/10 - Wednesday 6/12: On your own.
