Friday workout: 45-60 min. recovery bike, 5K natural pace run, strength (your choice) and yoga.
Saturday workout: Group track work. Meet at Kaneland Middle School in Sugar Grove, Rt. 47 and Harter @ 9:40 a.m. prepare to suffer! Not really but we'll make you faster.
Sunday workout: REST DAY!!!!

20 mile single speed ride home from work, followed up with a HOT track workout of 1 mile warm up, 4*1 mile repeats (6:00-6:07 pace)
