Hi Fits!
Stay tuned, I'm planning on blogging daily workouts, whether they be group or solo . . .
20 mile single speed bike commute (1:17), 5k run at lunch (22:00), lifted in the afternoon (bunch of pull ups, kettlebell chest and shoulder work, and abs...then a call). No Yoga today, ran out of time :(
