Tuesday 10/13: @ 6 p.m. tonight, Dirty Crit. Meet at the Wades at 5:45 p.m., bring a headlamp and either a CX, MTB or hybrid bike.
Wednesday 10/14: On your own
Thursday 10/15: Meet at Big Rock at 7:45 a.m. or at the Wades at 7:15 a.m. for about an hour MTB ride.
Friday 10/16: 8:30 a.m. at the VAC for a long swim and stairs at Van Emmon to follow.
Saturday 10/17: On your own
Sunday 10/18: Early morning 3 hour ride, bike path effort. Contact us if your interested.
