Thursday 1/1/15: New Year, Fresh Start! @ 9 a.m. New Year's Day 112 Mile Sufferfest! Hosted by Mike Pierson at the Hoover Hideaway. Bring your bike, trainer, water, athlete candy, a few towels, chamois bucket-o-butter, a change of clothes, and a good sense of humor. You can stay for the whole slaughter or just a portion, up to you. Mike's setting up the Kona course on the projector, we're riding till the first one's done!
Friday 1/2: on your own
Saturday 1/3: @ 9 a.m. indoor bike at Mike Ps with a little strength peppered in
