Friday 12/19: @ 9 a.m. at the VAC for strength and a little running
Saturday 12/20: @ 8 a.m. for an indoor bike trainer sesh at Mike Ps Hoover Hideaway. Bring your trainer, bike, water and a towel. PM me for directions.
Sunday 12/21: on your own.
