WOW 3/25-4/7

Hiyah Fits!

Tuesday 3/26: @ 9 a.m. for a run test at the VAC
Thursday @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 miler! Meet in the lobby of Cobblestones in Yorkville. Coffee and conversation to follow.
Friday 3/29: @ 9:30 a.m. VAC we're gonna go outside our comfort zone and take a spinning class. Meet upstairs a bit before 9:30 a.m.
Thursday 4/4: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 miler! Meet in the lobby of Cobblestones in Yorkville. Coffee and conversation to follow.

March 30-April 5th You're on your own folks. Al and I will be in Kentucky riding, running and swimming our biscuits off prepping for St. George 70.3!

WOW 3/18-3/24

Hi Fits!

Monday 3/18: @8:30-9 a.m. VAC for a swim and @ 10:30 at the Wades for outdoor hill repeats (running)
Wednesday 3/20: @8 a.m. VAC for a swim and @ 10:00 at the Wades for an indoor bike and a run (9 miles).
Thursday 3/21: @ 8:30 a.m.-9 a.m. VAC for a short recovery swim. THEN......@ 6:30 p.m. for SPECIAL K's Birthday run from Cobblestones Bakery Cafe in Yorkville. Running about 4 miles coffee, cupcakes and wine to follow!
Saturday 3/23: @ 8 a.m. VAC for a swim and indoor track workout to follow
Sunday 3/24: @ 9 a.m. at the Wades for a long indoor trainer ride.

WOW 3/11-3/17

Hi Fitabulous Fits!

Monday 3/11: @ 9:15 ish Mike P's Hoover hideaway for a little over an hour indoor bike and a 7.5 mile run to follow.
Tuesday 3/12: @10 ish Johnson's Mound in Elburn off of Hughes Road for some hill work. Short recovery swim to follow at the VAC thinking close to 11:45 or noon.
Thursday 3/14: @ 8:30 or 9 a.m. for a swim. ALSO don't forget about Thursday nights at Cobblestones in Yorkville on 47 and Van Emmon. Meet in the front entrance @ 6:30 p.m. for a 4 mi run, coffee and conversation to follow, wear reflective clothing and a headlamp.
Friday 3/15: @ 9 a.m. 2 hour gravel CX bike ride or bike path, depending upon weather. Location TBA.
Sunday 3/17: HAPPY IRISH DAY! Meet at the Wades @ 8 a.m. for a 2 hr bike ride followed by the obligatory drive to Rockford for the final "underground" Survivor 20K trail run. No course markings, just you and a map. We'll do the best we can to mimic the fallen race and course. Sad face.......

WOW 3/4-3/10

Fits!

Here's the WOW for the week. This is a testing week for us, so all are welcome on the scheduled days, but bring your heart rate monitor.

Monday 3/4: @ 9 a.m. Mike Ps basement of hurt Hoover Forest Preserve. Indoor trainer ride.
Tuesday 3/5: @ 9 a.m. Oswego Trail head FRT across the street from Tap House on Route 34. Two hour run. If weather is shitty we'll move it to the VAC
Thursday 3/7: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble. Meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville for a 4 mile run and coffee to follow.
Friday 3/8: @ 9 a.m. VAC 1000 yd swim test then a Z2 run test bring your heart rate monitor and some sort of athlete candy to refuel in between.
