WOW 2/25-3/3

Hi Fits!

Wrapping up the shortest month of the year in style! Join us for a couple workouts this week. Warmer months will soon be upon us! That means one thing.....race season is just around the corner and we can abandon three layers for two layers and then just one as my buddy and fellow Misfit Kyla says!

Monday 2/25: @ 9 a.m. Mike P's basement of beatdown! Bring your bike and trainer. Bring your outdoor running gear for the post bike run.
Wednesday 2/27: @ 7:30 for a swim and @9 a.m. Big Rock for hill repeats.
Thursday 2/28: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 mile run. BRING A FRIEND! Good conversation and good coffee to follow. Wear reflective clothing, headlamp and or carry a flashlight.
Saturday 3/2: @7:30 a.m. for a swim or meet Al on the track for a run, speed work. Indoor bike to follow at the Wades thinking around 10 a.m.
