Wrapping up the shortest month of the year in style! Join us for a couple workouts this week. Warmer months will soon be upon us! That means one thing.....race season is just around the corner and we can abandon three layers for two layers and then just one as my buddy and fellow Misfit Kyla says!
Monday 2/25: @ 9 a.m. Mike P's basement of beatdown! Bring your bike and trainer. Bring your outdoor running gear for the post bike run.
Wednesday 2/27: @ 7:30 for a swim and @9 a.m. Big Rock for hill repeats.
Thursday 2/28: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 mile run. BRING A FRIEND! Good conversation and good coffee to follow. Wear reflective clothing, headlamp and or carry a flashlight.
Saturday 3/2: @7:30 a.m. for a swim or meet Al on the track for a run, speed work. Indoor bike to follow at the Wades thinking around 10 a.m.

*Monday 2/18: @ 10:15 ish Mike P's house for an indoor ride.
*Thursday 2/21: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 miler. Wear reflective clothing, headlamp or carry a flashlight. Coffee and convo to follow. Meet at Cobblestones Cafe in Yorkville, Route 47 and Van Emmon.
*Friday 2/22: @ 9 a.m. the VAC, swim then track work to follow
*Sunday 2/24: @ 9 a.m. Big Rock ride and Run. Mountain bike or Cyclocross bikes.

Wednesday 2/13: @ 9 a.m. Run test at the Vaughan, short swim to follow if interested
Thursday 2/14: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble, Cobblestone 4 miler. Al and I will be on shift, so thinking Dan Woods will be leading the run.
Friday 2/15: @ 9 a.m. Big Rock Ride and Run....prepared to get MUDDY, unless it snows between now and then! Mountain bikes or CX bikes
Saturday 2/16: @ 10:30 a.m. meet at the Wades for the obligatory trek to Rockford for the 15K trail run. No race, just run! Two more to go!

Monday 2/4: @ 9 a.m. Mike P's Hoover Sweat Lodge, bring your bike, trainer, water, and outside running stuff.
Wednesday 2/6: @ 10 a.m. Big Rock FP, mountain bike / CX and running stuff
Thursday 2/7: @ 9 a.m. Silver Springs FP 9+ miles on the trail, meet at the Loon Lake Parking Lot
****BONUS ROUND @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble, meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville for a 4 mile night run, wear reflective clothing and bring either a flashlight or headlamp. Coffee and convo to follow.
Saturday 2/9: @ 9 a.m. San-Nauk Forest Preserve in between Sandwich and Somonauk off of Route 34 on the south side of the Road. Pull in and drive until you find the Jeep or Prius. Bring either your mountain bike or CX. Also running shoes for a short run at the end. THIS WILL BE FUN, NOT A SUFFERFEST, I PROMISE!!!!
