Sorry a bit tardy on the workout schedule:
Wednesday, 7/7 swim on your own, 1 hour, meet at the Wade's at 10 a.m. for an hour run
Thursday, 7/8 workout on you own...but if you need guidance, do 30 minutes of swimming and run 1 hour followed by strength training.
Friday, 7/9 swim 1 hour race pace bike 1.5 hours meet at the Wades following your swim at 11 a.m.
Saturday, 7/10 REST
Sunday, 7/11 Lake Holiday sprint triathlon...there's still time to register...should be a fast flat course!!
