Wednesday 8/10: @ 7:30 a.m. Otter Cove in STC for a swim and run to follow
Thursday 8/11 - Sat. 8/13: On your own, or join us in Peoria for the XTERRA Illinois Wilds off road tri!
Sunday 8/14: @ 8 a.m. meet at the Wades for a looooooong gravel ride. You know the routine, plenty of water, repair kit and nutrition.
