Al and I will be out of town most of next week and through the weekend.
Monday 1/25: @ 9 a.m. for a swim at the VAC
Tuesday 1/26: @ 9 a.m. for a trail run at Silver Springs meet in the upper west parking lot
#2 Tuesday: @ 6 p.m. Crit Cross, be ready to roll out from the Wades at 5:45 p.m. Helmets and bike lights required. Knobby tires encouraged
Wednesday 1/27-2/2: On your own
