Wednesday 5/22: @ 8:30 a.m. Big Rock FP for a trail ride and run interval sesh.
Thursday 5/23: @9 a.m. VAC for a swim and @ 10:45 a.m. Oakhurst in Aurora for hill repeats!
BONUS WORKOUT @ 6:30 p.m. COBBLE HOBBLE 4 miler. Meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville for a run and coffee and convo to follow.
Saturday 5/25: @ 8:30 a.m. VAC for a swim and @ 10:00 Saw Wee Kee for a trail ride and 1 mile off the bike to follow.
Sunday 5/26: @ 8:30 a.m. for a 40 mi road ride. Meet at Plano High School. 1 mile on the track to follow.
