Monday 1/28: @ 10 a.m. Silver Sprints 9+ miles of trail running. SCREW YOUR SHOES, if you don't know what we mean, just bring your shoes, we'll do the rest
Tuesday 1/29: @ 9 a.m. meet at the Oswego Fox River Trail Park across Route 34 from the Tap House. We'll ride to STC and back. We'll stop for coffee and treats and if everyone works really hard we'll eat lunch at the Tap House when we get back! They have fried Pickles that are TO. DIE. FOR. Oh, this is a 40 mile round tripper!
*****Wet weather contingency plan for Tuesday. Meet at the same time at Mike P's House of Ill Repute for an indoor bike complete with sweat, guilt, pain and plenty of insults to go around!
Thursday 1/31: @ 9 a.m. at the Vaughan for a good 'ol fashioned ass whoopin on the track! Let's show dem walkers what we're made of!
Thursday BONUS: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Hobble 4 mile night run. Bring a head lamp, wear reflective clothing.
Sunday 2/3: @ 9 a.m. at the Wade's winter hideaway 515 E. Lee Street for 1:30 minutes of biking heaven! I promise.

WOW 1/20-1/27
Here's the WOW for the week!
Sunday 1/20: @ 9 am indoor bike and run at the Wades 515 E. Lee Street, Plano. Bring your bike trainer and running shoes, we have a couple of treadmills for intervals with the bikes.
Wednesday 1/23: @ 9:00 a.m. at the Vaughan for some track work
Thursday 1/24: @ 6:30 p.m. for the Thursday night Cobble Hobble meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville, Route 47 and Van Emmon.
Saturday 1/26: @ 8 a.m. at the Vaughan, we'll be doing a run test, upstairs track.
BONUS for Saturday: Stay tuned for exact times but thinking 1 or 2 pm for a Relay mountain bike and run at Sannauk Forest Preserve along Route 34 between Sandwich and Somonauk. We're gonna get Al's old man to hook us up with a warming cabin between heats! Need a minimum of 6 folks. Nothing too technical, just good old fashioned outdoor muddy funn (yes, with two NN's cause it's just that fun)!

Thursday 1/10: @ 6:30 p.m. meet at Cobblestones on the corner of Route 47 and Van Emmon in Yorkville. We'll run 4 miles. Wear reflective clothing and bring a headlamp or flashlight..... coffee and conversations to follow back at the cafe!
Friday 1/11: @ 9 a.m. in honor of the 50+ degree day we're riding our mountain bikes outside at Big Rock off of Jericho Road. Bring your running stuff too....
Sunday 1/13: @ 9 a.m. trail run at Silver Springs meet at the East entrance Loon Lake parking lot
Monday 1/14: @11:30 a.m. Indoor bike and a run at Mike P's Hoover FP hideaway

***Please note: the WSS has been officially cancelled. HOWEVER, Al and I are going to finish out the series on our own. If you'd like to join us for the remainder of the races that would be just peachy! Just know that there will be no T-shirts, no money awarded, no trails marked, no frills, and no F-ing sweatshirts for those of us who have been doing this for four years in a row. I think we're gonna make our own though!

Happy New Year Misfit Nation!
We had a great New Year's Day sufferfest in Mike P's basement, wish you all could have been there! But, there' plenty more time for that!
Thursday 1/3: @ 6:30 p.m. Cobble Gobble 4 ish miles leaving from Cobblestones in Yorkville. Meet in the lobby. Wear reflective or light colored clothes, bring a flashlight and or headlamp. Coffee/tea and good conversation to follow. Cobble stones is off of Route 47 and Fox Road in downtown Yorkville on the west side of the street, cute gray house.
Friday 1/4: @10 a.m. Silver Springs Trail run, meet at Loon Lake parking lot (east entrance).
***Monday 1/7: Tentatively we're looking at planning a trip up to Ray's indoor mountain bike park in Milwaukee, Wisc. Here's the link and all the important info. Looking at a departure time of 10 a.m., park opens around noon. Really good time for the kiddos, young and old. Bring your bike or rent one of theirs!

For those who have never been to Mike's he lives in Hoover Forest Preserve off of Fox Road in Yorkville. Cross the tracks and follow the "authorized vehicles" sign to the back of his house on your right. It's a brown cedar ranch.
