Tuesday 12/11: @ 9 am SHARP (we're starting the run) meet at Hoover for a 5 mi run
Wednesday 12/12: @ 9 am meet at the Wades for hill repeats
Friday 12/14: @ 9 am sssssh on the DL bike at Silver Springs loops. Park at the west parking lot, boat launch is closed and to keep it top secret we won't be meeting at the Loon Lake Parking lot. Too many prying eyes.
Saturday 12/15: @ 9 am Silver Springs run meet at the Loon Lake parking lot (east entrance off of Fox Rd)
Next Week
Tuesday 12/18 @ 9 am Hoover FP at Mike P's house for an indoor bike trainer ride and trail run to follow

*******Bonus Thursday workout! Meet @6:30 pm for a night run 3-6 miles and coffee / hot cocoa at Cobblestones (this is going to be a standing workout!) Bring a headlamp!!!!!!
Saturday 12/22: @ NOON Survivor 5k Trail run. If you'd like to caravan up with the Wades we'll meet at 515 E. Lee St., Plano @ 10 a.m. SHARP! Bring $20 if you haven't already paid for the race!
Monday 12/24: @ 9 am at Mike P's SWEAT LODGE at Hoover FP! We'll keep you posted! Maybe you can work out the holiday guilt and Santa will bring you something nice on Christmas! Might be a run to follow....bring your shit!
