Tuesday 7/14: @ 9 a.m. bike run intervals at Big Rock, your choice on bike, MTB or road works either way.
Wednesday 7/15: @ 8:30 a.m. OW swim in SG and road bike to follow leaving from the Wades in Plano.
Thursday 7/16 - Sunday 7/19: On your own, or head down to Versailles, IN and race and XTERRA with us???
