Hey you would be brides,
I'm thinking of starting a bridal bootcamp fitness class, any takers?
I know wedding season is just around the corner and this would be a perfect opportunity to lean up before the big day! Just imagine how good your arms will look in that strapless number you're wearing!
Email me with interest! kristenlwade@yahoo.com or FB friend me!
Happy running,
Kristen

We're back in bizness!
Fits,
I know it's short notice but we're planning a group run tomorrow along the Virgil Gilman Trail starting at Bliss Woods in Sugar Grove @10 a.m. snow or sun! Plan on 5-6 total on an out and back course!
It sure would be nice to see some new faces out there! I know myself, Stan, Al and Danie Moravec will be there.....will you?
Run Happy!

tooting my own horn!
Fits,
Last weekend I would deem a success! Al, myself, and the Hains completed what many know as the toughest race in the survivor series due to the unrelenting cold, icy trail conditions and distance. The 15K was slow, but it was slow for everyone! However, Kristen managed to pull out a second overall female and 1st in her age group finish while Al finished 2nd in his age group. Yeahhhh Wades!
Compounding sore muscles is nothing new to the Wades. Rising bright and early Sunday morning after tieing one on at the SWAT dinner, the Wades competing in the YMCA indoor triathlon. Kristen finished 1st overall female logging over 14 miles while Al placed second overall logging 15 plus miles. The course was designed around the distance you could cover in 20 minutes of swimming, biking and running with transition times omitted!
Peace out boy and girl scouts!

Can the Misfits count on you to join us out there? If you're interested (deep down, that sick part of you wants to do this just to say you did) meet at the Wades humble abode in Plano at 10 a.m.
Comon it'll be fun!
Run Happy!
