WOW 5/13-5/19

Hi Fits!

Hopefully all the Misfit Mamas had a fabulous Mother's Day!

Here's your WOW
Monday 5/13: @ 8:30 a.m. for a swim and @ 10:30 a.m. PHS track for a speed workout.
Tuesday 5/14: @ 9 a.m. meet at the Oswego trail head of the the Fox River Trail for a 40 mi leisurely bike to St. Charles and back. AND 1 mile run off the bike.
Thursday 5/16: @ 8:30 a.m. Saw Wee Kee for a mountain bike at tempo and a 1 mi run off the bike
***BONUS WORKOUT*** @ 6:30 P.M. for the Cobble Hobble 4 mi run meet at Cobblestones in Yorkville for coffee and convo to follow
Friday 5/17: @ 8:30 a.m. VAC for a longish swim and 4 mile to follow.
Saturday 5/18: GALENA TRIATHLON, getsum!
Sunday 5/19: XTERRA LAST STAND, AGUSTA, MICHIGAN!!!!!

PS, For those who ordered Misfit Kits, I was informed they would be shipped this week, hoping they arrive prior to next weekends races! I will keep y'all informed!
