Things to do

Hey Misfits,

In need of a couple of semi serious runners who are interested in being part of 200 mile relay. A couple of our teammates dropped out and now we have a few openings. You would be running no more than 8 miles at a time.....If you're interested reply to this message and I will forward you all the pertinent info. Relay is June 11 and 12.

Also anyone interested in doing a trail run in Wisconsin July 11 (Sunday)? There is a half marathon, marathon, 50K and 50 miler I believe. It's called Dances with Dirt.

Peace out girl and boy scouts!

PS, Sunday's workout has been changed to a 3 p.m. outdoor ride, barring any tornado like wind gusts.....
